ACT Shipping moves 189 units of breakbulk shipment for the construction of a military hospital

They moved the 189 units of breakbulk cargo in 24 TEU containers via ocean freight

Acconnage Consignation Transit SA, a Coop member in Nouakchott, Mauritania, successfully handles a breakbulk shipment for the delivery and installation of a military hospital for treating Covid-19 patients. ACT SA handled the entire logistics chain of this shipment.

They moved the 189 units in 24 TEU containers. According to Mr. Khalil Chouaib, the Country Manager of ACT Shipping, “This military hospital is a donation from the UAE government. Moreover, we are proud to assist the Ministry of Health during these tough times of the pandemic.”

The ACT team was responsible for moving the cargo from Jebel Ali Port to Nouakchott Port, Mauritania. Additionally, they transported the project cargo shipment in an MV BBC Scandinavia vessel. “Firstly, we are very happy to have pulled off this shipment successfully.  In addition, we are honoured to have played a role in fostering good relations between the Mauritania and UAE governments,” adds Mr. Chouaib.
