They have transitioned their freight forwarding operations to Cargoteam for greater efficiency and focus
Logtrade, a member of The Cooperative Logistics Network in Hanoi, Vietnam, is officially transitioning its membership to Cargoteam, its parent company. This change reflects an internal restructuring aimed at streamlining operations and aligning business activities under one primary brand.

Cargoteam, which has long been the parent company of Logtrade, will now take over all freight forwarding activities previously managed by Logtrade. The decision comes as part of a strategic move to consolidate resources and enhance service delivery in the logistics sector.
According to the team, most of Cargoteam’s staff and decision-making functions will now center around freight forwarding. Meanwhile, Logtrade will focus primarily on trading and import-export activities, marking a clear division of roles between the two entities.
To quote Marc Guilhem, the CEO of the company, “With this change, Cargoteam aims to strengthen its position in the Vietnamese logistics market and continue providing reliable forwarding solutions to their clients as well as The Coop members worldwide.”
This transition will not affect ongoing collaborations or partnerships within The Cooperative Logistics Network. Members can expect the same level of professionalism and responsiveness from the Hanoi office, now operating under the Cargoteam name.
Congratulations to Logtrade on this new journey and all the best for their future endeavours!
