Synergie Canada INC, a Coop member in Montreal, Canada, has recently moved a shipment consisting of blue and white masks via a chartered flight from Guangzhou Airport to Toronto Airport. From there, they moved the shipment to Montreal with 7×53′ dedicated trucks.

As stated by Mr. Sebastien Suicco, the Corporate Vice President of Synergie Canada “The shortage of masks in Canada and the lack of regular flights between China and North America prompted us to charter an Ethiopian Airlines passenger aircraft for moving the masks.”

The heavy congestion at the Guangzhou Airport delayed the shipment by 24 hours. Mr. Suicco further adds, “During these hard times it is imperative for us freight forwarders to direct our efforts towards the movement of these critical supplies. We are very happy to have played our part in this crisis and hope we can contribute more and better in the following weeks.”

Congratulations to Synergie Canada INC and wishing them the best for their future projects!
