7th May 2015 marked Express Air Freight / Skyline Freight’s (THE COOP New York) 25th year of excellence in service. From its humble beginnings of one desk, the company has now grown to 12 well-staffed offices.

Here is what President, David Marx, had to say about the secret to their success.

TSI Internationale Spedition Und Handels GMBH obtains AEO Certificate

The COOP is pleased to announce that TSI Internationale Spedition und Handels GmbH, our member in Frankfurt Germany, has obtained the full AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) Certificate

Certificate number: DE AEOS 120533 

In order to be awarded this internationally recognised certificate, companies must demonstrate that they operate in accordance with the following criteria:

 

• Customs compliance

• Appropriate record keeping

• Solvency

• Security and safety standard

Due to the stringent regulations that AEO certified companies must follow, you can feel more secure than ever before with respect to German Customs. Shipments from companies which are AEO certified are less likely to be inspected. Therefore, the process of passing through customs will be smoother and quicker for your shipments.
